William and Fabiana Raposo Morim Kay are the founders and owners of the company, William is from Edinburgh in the United kingdom and Fabiana is from Recife in Brazil, we met in Milan in August 2019 in a Brazilian restaurant.

William is also the founder and CEO of the UK company Mobile homes abroad Ltd who’s main trading name is Caravans In The Sun, website www.caravansinthesun.com so William has over 30 years experience in the overseas holiday home industry where he has gained his experience as far North as Iceland and down to Tenerife in the South and most of the country’s in between.

William and Fabiana would now like to share new opportunities in the emerging beach front properties in the North East of Brazil, entrance levels are extremely affordable especially for off plan opportunities, where entrance levels are under £6,000 ( €6,900 ) then monthly payment’s of around £325 ( €365 ) a month paid directly to the builder until completion.
